I’m not a Taylor Swift fan so that’s not where this is going.

It’s about the ability to relax your muscles enough so that even muscular pain or strain is dissolved, or at least not dominant & then recomposing your muscular chains in a way that you know is correct.

What do you know about your imbalances? Can you dissolve residual tensions to the point where they are less likely to impede correct recruitment? Can you feel the moments where you are attempting to execute action within a range that is more than you are capable of handling in a strong, balanced way? Can you reach towards your limits and then manage them?

Dissolving tension is just as important as recruitment. Discernment is the next crucial choice after a decision to act is made.
